Welcome aboard, plant-loving pirates! Here’s everything you need to know before placing an order with Playful Pirates. By purchasing from our shop, ye agree to the terms below.

📦 WHEN WE SHIP

Orders ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

Orders placed after Monday at 9 AM EST may ship the following week.

⚠️ No shipping on holidays or during extreme weather—we protect our cargo! 

🌱 SHIPPING LIVE PLANTS

All plants and cuttings are packed with care and ship out healthy.

Once they leave our port, we can't control the seas (or the postal service).

🧭 It’s your duty to:

Provide a correct, safe address 📬

Know if the plant is allowed in your region ⚖️ 

🌡️ WEATHER WARNING

If temps be extreme, add a heat or cold pack if available.

❄️🔥 We’re not responsible for weather damage if no pack be chosen. 

📬 DELIVERY & TRACKING

You’ll get a tracking number when your order ships.

Please track and retrieve your package quickly!

🏴 We are not liable for packages marked “Delivered” that be lost, stolen, or abandoned on the porch.

💰 REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

If something arrives lookin’ rough, send photos within 24 hours of delivery.

No returns on live goods.
